RIDOTTO

At the moment we are at the stage of completing the reconstruction of the sailing and motor yacht "Raduga" (Yacht project RICOCHET - 1450. Built in St. Petersburg). Our yacht is a two-masted sharp-bilged ("sharpie") vessel with a Bermuda ketch sail rig with a fin ballast keel and a skeg rudder. The cockpit is located in the center with a semi-wheelhouse. A total of 6 similar hulls were built. Among them are currently in operation: PETER I, GLORIA, SPRAY (former EKATERINA II). Almost all of them had a structural reconstruction during operation.

The name of the yacht after reconstruction is RIDOTTO.

Goals

  1. Get an expedition class yacht with an unlimited cruising area.
  2. Expeditions, including to the island of Novaya Zemlya.

Peculiarities

The sailing and motor yacht is designed for expedition cruising voyages, as well as for use as a training and expedition vessel for training sailing and motor vessel navigators. Class according to the international classification is expedition class A (CE CLASS A). Operation areas are the sea and ocean zone without navigation area restrictions (except for high-latitude polar areas), lakes and inland waterways.

The autonomy of navigation for a crew of 10 people with water, provisions and fuel is at least 15 days.
