At Terra Nova, Bogdan implements creative ideas, giving each project individuality
and practicality, constantly improving approaches to creating unique and innovative products.
Bogdan heads the Terra Nova art studio, specializing in creating unique products, harmoniously combining design and functionality.
He actively develops and implements non-standard solutions that impress with their originality.
SERGEY STETSKO
Piano restoration workshop
Working in tandem with his brother Alexander, who also has a higher musical education and extensive experience in repairing musical instruments, Sergei is developing a workshop for the restoration and renovation of pianos and grand pianos.
Sergey heads the piano restoration workshop Grand Piano Lab, specializing in the restoration
and repair of pianos and grand pianos. His experience
in this field includes training with leading masters in Russia and Europe, as well as participation in more than 100 seminars of the Association of Piano Makers of Russia.
In 2023, Sergey completed the Precision Touch Design program in Helsinki, becoming a member of the European organization PTDAE. His professionalism and attention
to detail allow him to create unique restoration projects that impress with their precision
and quality.
ANDREY CHEPONIS

Terra Nova
Andrey heads the production and creative estate Terra Nova, where he develops and implements unique projects in the field of design, art and functional solutions.
His approach combines innovative ideas with practical experience, which allows him to create projects that not only inspire, but also solve real problems.
Andrey actively leads the company's strategic direction, developing Terra Nova as a space for creativity, where non-standard solutions and original concepts are implemented. Under his leadership, Terra Nova is actively developing and finding new forms for self-expression and innovation.
ALEXEY SHEREMET
Carpentry workshop
Works in the Terra Nova project, developing it with the help of creative solutions and innovative technologies. Expert in furniture production, 3D modeling and process automation. Has Python programming skills, which allows creating unique and functional projects.
One of Anna's most striking projects is a series of lithographs based on Lewis Carroll's Alice
in Wonderland. Her paintings and graphic works are in private collections around the world, including Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Italy, the USA and Japan.
ANNA REDKO
Art director of the etching and painting workshop
Anna Redko is the art director of the Terra Nova etching and painting studio, where she works on original projects
in the fields of lithography, etching, graphics, painting and concept art.
Her works include illustrations for such large companies as Volkswagen, McCaffee, Mark Formelle, Nestle, Nescafé, UNICEF, Mail.ru and others. She is also the author of the famous logo for the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the city of Brest.

His experience in microgreen production management and landscape design allows him to develop innovative projects that combine modern technologies with natural processes, creating sustainable and functional Terra Nova solutions.
Tatyana Novokreshchenova, who has experience in designing large and small gardens and, guided by the principle of “do no harm”, develops innovative projects in which modern technologies are harmoniously combined with natural processes, forming sustainable and aesthetic solutions Terra Nova.
Heads the landscape design and landscaping direction in the Terra Nova project, actively implementing environmentally friendly solutions for the design of private and public spaces.
