LANDSCAPE

One of the project's areas of activity is hydroponics—the cultivation of microgreens and exotic plants. We reconstructed a building on the estate that had previously been used as a vegetable warehouse.
Our greenhouses and planned conservatory allow us to grow a wide variety of plants. Currently, we grow herbs such as oregano, basil, rosemary, and romaine lettuce; fruits and vegetables such as bell peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, eggplants, kohlrabi, mini squash, figs, bananas, passion fruit, guava, and coffee; as well as unique ornamental plants and flowers such as alyssum, chōda berry, hibiscus, coleus, celosia, hyoscine, tradiscantia, fuchsia, and many others.
  • HYDROPONIC SYSTEMS
At the Terra Nova estate, we've established our own hydroponic systems. This is a soil-free method of growing plants, where they receive all the nutrients they need through a solution.
  • AIRPORT TOWERS
Vertical aeroponics is a method of growing plants by spraying a nutrient solution through nozzles. Watering is controlled automatically. This system significantly saves both water and space. A large number of plants can be grown in a small space.
  • OUR GREENHOUSE
In May 2023, a greenhouse for growing vegetables was built on the estate grounds. Just six weeks later, the first harvest was harvested: tomatoes of various varieties, melothria, cucumbers, chili and sweet peppers, and eggplants.
