Terra Nova's Fiery Collection: Exotic Peppers on the Estate
At Terra Nova, we're always looking for new ideas and inspiration, transforming even an ordinary garden into an art object. A few years ago, our pepper tradition began on the estate—and today, it's a vibrant collection that encompasses the world's hottest varieties, rare ornamental species, and sweet finds.

We acquired our first hot peppers in 2020–2021: Trinidad Scorpion plants, grown from seed, are still growing on the estate and delighting us with their harvest. Gradually, the collection expanded, adding classic and chocolate Carolina Reapers. With the opening of our greenhouse and the launch of our hydroponics project in 2023, we began seriously pursuing breeding and searching for rare varieties.
Today our "pepper plantation" unites dozens of species:

  • Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolokia White – legends of spiciness.
  • Black Olive, Purple Death – varieties with bright colors and unusual taste.
  • Sugar Rush Stripe and Vampire Pepper are decorative beauties with purple leaves and fang-like fruits.
  • White jalapeño is a mild and rare colored variety.
  • Ramiro is one of the sweetest peppers in the world.
  • Padron, Ají Mango, Seven Pot Bubblegum, Seven Pot Choco – for true gourmets and experimenters.
We carefully tend our "fiery" plants: repotting them, preserving perennial bushes, and creating conditions for overwintering in greenhouses.

For us, peppers are not just plants but also vibrant accents that decorate the garden beds and enhance the atmosphere of the estate. They reflect the Terra Nova philosophy: creating with your own hands, finding the rare and transforming it into something unique.
