A new administrative and utility building has been commissioned at the estate—an important facility that will become part of the site's further development and create additional opportunities for work, creativity, and the implementation of new projects.
The new building was created not simply as an administrative space. It is, first and foremost, an infrastructure facility essential for the estate's growth and the development of its creative fields. It houses a coworking space for employees, which will unite various departments and create a comfortable environment for collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
New workshops will soon open in the building. These include a sculpture studio and a mosaic workshop, which will expand Terra Nova's capabilities in art, crafts, and the creation of unique, original projects. Each new space was designed with future development and the needs of its artisans in mind.
The building's development continues today. Work is currently underway to build a gym, which will provide another element of a comfortable environment for the estate's team.
For Terra Nova, the opening of the new building is more than just the completion of a construction phase. It's an investment in the future, in people, in new projects and directions. We are consistently creating a space where workshops can develop, ideas can be born, and the most daring creative initiatives can be realized.
