As part of the improvement project, the area received new landscaping. Ornamental trees and shrubs were planted here, including Serbian spruce, mountain pine, hydrangeas, rhododendrons, ornamental apple trees, and other plants, creating a distinctive natural landscape. All plantings were carefully designed to suit the site's unique features, blending naturally with the surrounding birch grove and creating a sense of natural harmony.
The project's primary goal was to preserve the natural beauty of the area while complementing it with contemporary landscape design. As a result, the space retained the ambiance of a genuine forest while becoming more comfortable, well-maintained, and functional for the estate's guests.

Today, the Terra Nova birch grove is fully prepared for wedding ceremonies, corporate events, intimate concerts, festivals, photo shoots, creative gatherings, and private events. The space easily adapts to various formats and allows for events where nature becomes part of the overall concept.
